The Warm Homes Scheme is funded by the Department for Social Development, administered by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and jointly delivered across Northern Ireland by Bryson Charitable Group and H&A Mechanical Services.

The Scheme provides a host of insulation and heating measures, which are available to home owners and private tenants who are in receipt of a qualifying benefit or tax credit.
